Rates
On-site consultation/support
This is any work that is performed for the customer on the customer's site
£90 for the first hour
£60 per hour thereafter
Off-site construction/configuration
Any work performed for the customer by the engineer at a site that is not the customer's site (eg. Quiteloud's office.) This includes remote control of customer's systems but does not include any work that is part of telephone support or a security audit
£45 per hour
Telephone support
£15 per 15 minute block
